The hotel's central location allowed us easy access to the East Side Gallery and nearby cafes, making family outings enjoyable. We appreciated the cozy lounge area for relaxation and the comfortable, compact room equipped with coffee facilities. Minor issues like morning light and lighting adjustment didn’t detract from our experience; the friendly staff and reasonable breakfast more than compensated. We'll happily return!

nice hotel in a good location with street view. a coffee maker and a kettle available in the family room. family atmosphere and private bathroom. helpful and lovely staff, always with a smile.

I loved the location-right next to the main train station and super convenient for exploring! The design of the hotel was really cool, and I enjoyed the cozy lounge area with its coffee and board games.
I was pretty bummed about the room situation. We didn’t get the beds we requested, and cleaning service was a mess—had to chase down clean towels myself! Breakfast was a letdown too; not the festive spread I was hoping for. it felt more like a 3-star experience than a 4-star one!

Loved the garden vibe, free private parking made me feel like a VIP, terrace views were picturesque. The room service was a cherry on top as I lounged with river views. Cons: No ice-skating rink in the room.
